A Project Manager, HCI Design Process Development & Creative Product Development

- Closely corroborate with team leads from Marketing & Business, Programming & Development, Human Computer Interaction experts, contracted SEO gurus, Mediation & Arbitration teams, as well as the CEO to identify products and opportunity on the platform for improvement and optimization

- Brainstorm and strategize with Senior HCI resources and business executives to define project processes, scope and business requirements, establish deadlines, identify resources and notify key stake holders

- Use Scrum documentation, Sharepoint discussion threads, Microsoft Exchange calendars and a Team Foundation Server (TFS) for managing projects in various stages of production and maintaining fluid team communication

- Design and develop new products by wire frames, mockups, storyboards and user-based flow charts to produce low & high fidelity prototypes for testing and implementation; detail out Design Technical Specifications for Development teams, create and write Use Cases and Flow documentation to package web graphics for development teams

- Quality assurance testing, bug tracking, browser testing, submitting working prototypes for user testing, monitoring success via Analytics goal tracking, SEO contractors, and direct user response via e-mail marketing & social media

- Coordinate with Engineers, KMT Global Marketing Executives, Local Illustrators and DBAs to create Product Catalogs

- Using a proprietary CMS, three 800+ Catalogs for print were produced inside Quark templates, pulling various modules of information in from KMT databases, to be output in over 70 countries and 30 languages

- Challenges including presenting units of measurement in English & Metric, ensuring correct translations of product descriptions and detailed accuracy of technical illustrations

- Illustrations were traced from Engineers CAD files for thousands of mining and tooling products, to be customized and rendered in Illustrator for catalog presentation, diagrammed to coordinate with specifications; worked with several local illustrators to produce and quality check all outputs

- Developed processes to manage flows and revisions of manuscripts between Authors and Editors, Literary Agents and Typesetters, Designers and Printers for the Publishing Company to ensure publications were available by the release date

- Created and maintain artwork libraries for Imprints, Authors, Printers, and Typesetters; manage publication assets and file directories for global team access

- Other duties included cover design and layout, and providing creative direction for the overall look & feel of the book, outlining marketing plans and materials for new and existing authors, and building websites for publications
