About Me:

Web design is my passion. I have over 8 years experience with website management and design, graphic design, and profile/blog layout creation. All of my skill and knowledge has been gained through personal study and experimenting, which gives me a good feel for what really works when put to use.

I believe that websites should have a balance between simplicity and uniqueness. They should be easy-to-use for the visitor, yet still leave a lasting impression that makes the person go "wow" when they see it. Too much clutter or high-tech effects can sometimes distract the user from the real content. This goes the same for profiles and blogs. It should be fast-loading, too. We all know what it's like to have to sit and wait for something to load, sometimes to the point we lose interest before it's finished.

Along with those qualities, I also try to focus on making sure the design is cross-browser and multi-screen resolution compatible. Although it would be near impossible to test a project in all possible settings, I believe that a certain amount of effort should be made in testing it out in the most common ones.
