I really think the design is clean and simple. New users can easily understand what this site is for and can navigate the site fine. When i first visited digg, it was very cluttered and it felt like every detail is bombarded to you at once, i hit the close button immediately. I find this redesign very refreshing to the eyes and noob friendly. Every link is clearly separated and easy to spot. In fact, i love digg now.

This is really good but i have some things in my mind..

1.) the gradient footer - instead of a gradient maybe try replacing it with grass just like what you have in the upper left. 2.) the "follow us" part doesnt really fit with the rest of the elements..

other than that for me it already looks nice..^_^

3. not so big since you needed a great website for that..

4. i think, like a small house of prayer

5. i would visit this church since we share the same belief of GOD..^_^

overall, nice design...

i think the design is ok, i get drawn to the motocross image then the "2 ways to get what you want" and the "get your own card now", its good... but i think it looks too busy..

i think the purpose is great. but here is what i think:

1. what's up with the drop shadows? i think it does more harm than good to your design, the header part looks distorted because of the drop shadows and the gradient..

2. the blue-white gradient is not working well, so does the dull green and its not working well with the gray background...

3. you have some alignment issues going on there, just look at the search button, and the green navigation bars, look closely on the left, its overflowing and right part, its missing a pixel..

4. home page is too busy, you could always simplify..at first look im lost cause i dont know where should i look at first..

5. bevelled buttons are not good to look at and is inconsistent with other buttons in your site...

6. logo is not strong enough, advise your clients if they want to have a logo redesign..^_^

conclusion: while the purpose may be good, the design is not, you've got so many inconsistencies and alignment issues going on all over the place...if you want to improve this design, i think a redesign is in order, remember "less is more" and "dont make me think"...

i think the design is great..the first thing i see is the video box but it took me a while to figure out that it is actually a video box..the rest is nicely done! ^_^

at first glance(in the concept section) i thought it was another wordpress plugin or something but when i look closely i see a beautifully made logo! it looked like it sparkles...^_^ nice job!

i think these concepts are really well made, each of these can stand on their own..i love them all, im even confused what is the best of all these...but one thing, i just think you dont need the reflection effect, it makes the design busier..good work!

you have the concept but you need to deliver it creatively, in designs, specially logo designs you have to be careful when using drop shadows...id advise that u drop the drop shadows, you dont need that..and also i think you need a stronger font for this one since its an institute..it has to reflect what kind of establishment it is..^_^

2nd one looks best but i think you should lower down the use of drop shadows...remember why drop shadows are used..not just put it with no reason

continue to what you are doing if you are happy with it..you know there are so many things to learn here in concept feedback, just listen to the reviews and suggestions...i started here with only 3 months worth of knowledge in photoshop and none at all in illustrator, but i listened to everyone's suggestions, looked at some inspiring logos and never stop experimenting or trying new things... logo making is not something to be rushed with since it is the identity of the whole company..first conceptualize what you want to achieve considering the nature of the company and the audience then try making it simple and straight to the point..

now for your design, i liked the first one better than the second but try a bit harder than what you are doing now..it will definitely be worth it..^_^
