I don't think there is enough happening on this one. I believe you are going to need a splash of color and a nice logo to start to finish this off.

Hey man don't stress out too much you have a nice looking site here. There is a couple of things that i think can make this look a bit better.

for one don't listen to the guy above i think the navigation text size is fine.

It looks like you have a overall good grasp on the design but i think your typography is lacking.

lose the indentation on the type it looks weird, add more space in between paragraphs. Also add more headings like "Church Ministry" in between paragraphs

one more thing the quote on the side is a bit unbalanced to the left try making the font a bit smaller if that helps balance it

oh, one more thing try to add a nice 4 -6 px white border around your photography with a slight drop shadow to make it pop, have your drop shadow centered so that it illuminates in every direction.

I don't this this is a suitable style of design for a web design company.

what are those brown dots and why does the "y" have a sharp edge but nothing else does? maybe that should just be a rectangular box like at the top of the "y"

and the tabs at the top, also the font...:)

how will this smoke print?

i see what you are going for here with the width of this content area but i think it makes i feel awkward i would extend it to the edges - overall good job...

very well done i like the second image with the black divider.

i think that the main image could be almost half the height and i think the navigation could be a bit bigger seeing as though its the only one.

i think some of these graphics just aren't very good and i would like to feel more depth

i wouldn't change anything well maybe i would get rid of the of drop shadow...

i dont feel the font goes with the mark very well. An idea might be to make the mark have more of a 3d illusion.

you might want to try to thing about adding more to this page as it sits now it feel very empty and half done. not a fan of this logo either.

i just know this wouldn't fill my monitor so i would like to see a bit more info, content or images

nice over all... but i dont like the two rings at the top instead maybe try the mark, enlarged and lowered in opacity?

this feels kinds thrown together... i would like to see more pictures or information. I dont really like the muted red and i think the santa feels a bit dated
