i looked at the image before i read your description and did not get at all that it is a bulb, maybe try adding colour or groves in the bottom bit of the bulb?

the last one works the best, simple typeface which is complimented with the imagery.

i'm not keen on the shadow you have given the typeface and think that to make it stand out you simply need a bolder/thicker typeface (have you tried browsing dafont.com look under sans serif typefaces and you can download them for free) i think with a thicker typeface the word 'road' and 'studios' won't look so spaced out

really like the pen image, i got immediately what it was, as far as the font, have you tried decreasing the leading between each letter? it just feels a bit to spaced out for me.

when you said that you loved the surfboard idea i didn't know what you were talking about! i think its because the texture has made it look more like wood panelling on a wall? perhaps if you had the end of the surfboard (the curved area) it would be more obvious as a graphic image.

I'm not sure about the bubbles, the large one is too big- it distracts from the rest of the website completely

The contents list next to the bite mark (if thats what it is) aren't clear enough the turquoise doesn't stand out enough against the wood texture colour.

i really like the little creature you have created, but seeing as everything else on the poster is very graphic i think you need to take the photograph and perhaps draw it up on the computer. or at least place with its definition (its slightly blurred) and saturation etc

having got tattoos myself this just appears to be a standard pattern type tattoo somebody would be getting, i don't think it represents a tattoo show well. . i think you need to do more research in existing logos (which i'm sure you have done), normally in the shops i have visited their logo is the name itself you don't have to use an image and you tired experimenting with your chosen name?

i didn't see your first post so i'm looking at this with completely new eyes! i realy like the hand rendered quality and think it conveys your style very well. It's clean ad looks very easy to navigate around. well done!

i really like the speech marks incorporation as letter forms but i'm not keen on the chosen typeface .. not sure if you have been given it, but i just feel its a bit stiff, it doesn't flow well with the speech marks because they are curved. Perhaps too much contrasting. Agree that the tag-line needs to be clearer
