    Too much type for homepage

People will never read that much descriptive text. I'd shorten it up, or somehow make it more interesting typographically. Perhaps make the main image a little larger too and shorten up that line length.

The logo looks a little generic web2.0 to me, with the reversed out "Pack", like LinkedIn. I'm not sure that's doing anything for the logo.

The product images on the bottom are nice, I could see them moving up right front an center.

      Type

I'd wouldn't try to force the type into the umbrella design at all. the umbrella can stand on it's own, and the text could sit next to it.

make the keyhole go straight across

The dropshadow definitely has to go. Its distracting and doesn't add anything.

Watch the grid closer. Things aren't lining up without any good reason for them not to
          • The three dots graphic before titles is pretty neat, but it feels too tight on some of the titles. I think it looks best before the 1 2 3 4 5 and far too tight on News and Contact

          • The line between the logo and slogan is too tall and breaks the grid in an unsettling way

          • the highlight of "home" doesn't quite touch that line and feels a little weird to me

          • the icons in the footer are a bit distracting, maybe go grayscale?
