But I think u might try another font and if u want add some color to it....

too much space on the top
I think u can do something better on the top and I the logo looks too old for the website,I know sometime clients don't want to change it but u can try ;)

1st one it looks better
I think it looks better in lowercase and a little bit more close to the hat
