Very nicely placed and organized. The Typography looks fine. The arrangement looks fine. Everything is great.

If there was 1 thing I would change though it'd be the background. Maybe even make it have a grainy look? Or a light fine texture?

Everything design wise is great. However I'm not liking the shadows used =\ Maybe try to keep it more simple? And make the "I" have more of a distinguished color.

everything looks good. The only thing I would have a problem with is the "a" looks to bland maybe put a gradient or make it look more 3d? or glossy? Also the Shadow i think is too stretched out.

Its sort of really scatered together. I dont like the background. The Typography needs work. The Purple Roll over doesn't look to good. What we do portion is to spaced out.

If you run out of room when you first make the document. You should always make a new one so everything doesn't look so crammed like this.

Everything is perfect except for the G. It is hard to tell it is a G In my opinion. But great job!

Everything looks good except the 4 big buttons on the right have an outerglow. It sort of distracts from the whole style from this template. The Nav is clean, Everything else is but then there is an outerglow that may be to strong I think.

Hmm On the first one why is there a black line? I think it could be removed (3rd one looks best). The second one is good but it is placed to high above.

I think you should try a variation of the fonts you used.

I really like what you've done with the letter O in all of them. Good job

I like it alot just maybe change the shadow as swarat ghosh said.

I like the colors Hmm As for a Favorite Its really hard to tell I like Design #2, 6, and 4.

There isn't much I could tell you to improve, so good job!

I would perhaps do some work on the top image. Try to spice it a little maybe add some more colors to it or brighten up the blue. Also unless I'm seeing things; is that 2D and 3D combined? Hmm I'd try to make the building look a little more 2D by adding a filter to it or something perhaps.

Hmm from the header everything is fine. But as the page goes down it tends to lack. The thing that needs the most work would be the content area, It is just to plain and bland. Maybe try to spice it a little bit. Throw in some more color? The background color is also just.. to bland. Maybe create something more unique? Add a drop shadow or outer glow (Very little one) to the whole "Page"

So far everything looks good the only thing I would suggest fixing would be the wrist, it doesn't seam to blend very well and you can almost see through it.

Well I love the logo on the left. You took the "I" and the "S" and made them into a person shopping. Very smart and clever job.

The only thing I would change is the fonts and perhaps the effect you have on it. Its just sorta plain and boring. Perhaps on the eye apply the same greanish/yellow color you have on the character?

Overall I like the design It flows pretty well everything is constructed well, the thing I would work on however would be the background, maybe add more on it? sorta just seams dull and boring?

The second thing I'd work on is the top banner, it just screams boring gradient with anouter glow on the add up there.

Try to maybe fine tune the edges with a 1px line to sharpen it up. Perhaps

I like it It looks professional and the purpose seams good enough. The model/stock photo you've chosen to use seams "fatigued" (just like the purpose)

But the only thing I would change is maybe move the photo of the girl over to the right a little and for the bottom I think there was to much yellow.

Well I like the overall Idea, the only thing I don't like is that everything just seams to lay ontop of it, nothing is really behind the render at all other than the magazines. The pictures aren't really in proper proportion, the clipboard pins are bigger than the CD/DVD thing you have.

The logo really is hard to see, it should stand out more and say "HEY HERE I AM LOOK AT ME!!" and it appears to just come out of no where? (referring to the string/rope on it)

The effect you did to make the paper look older or whatever you did. Maybe instead of using a brush to get that effect try using the eraser tool and a scatter brush setting? It looks good from far away but when its up-close it just looks fake.

Looks good Idk about the purple background though on it.

Work on nav other than that it looks really good.

Could use a better variety of colors to much of the same color is boring. The logo isn't that great either. To much use of gradients with the same colors contrasting each other too.

I really like the fonts and background and back lighting looks great.
