hummm I like the last one for colour and I would change the dragon as it doesn't really look like one to me.

Concept: Organization Banner
Bad choice of colour
The black and purple is not easy on the eye at all and can make it harder to read which will turn people away from evening bothering to entertain it. I would really use some white on number 1 or 3. Number 2 is OK but I am not so keen on number 4.

Concept: Website Redesign - the Go Media Arsenal
If I could change one thing it would just be to add a tiny bit more colour.
Overall the design is very nice, simple and clean, it gives off the impression of being user friendly too. I really do like this design but like I said, it does look a tad bit plain in colour but sometimes this can turn out to be a good thing and work well.
