About Me:

I am a web/graphic designer and front-end developer. I have a genuine passion for art, graphics and web design and I love to put ideas and creativity into practice.
I have been working as a designer for over 7 years, and have done lots of freelance and project related work.
I am currently employed at Media Positioning Solutions.
I have been drawing most of my life. My first masterpiece (at a very young age) was evident for a few days on the walls of my parents' home. This evolved into me creating and drawing my very own superhero characters. I became very fond of experimenting with colours and shapes since then. Throughout my education I always excelled at the artistic topics. So my passion in art and design led to me becoming a graphic and web designer.

My interests
Web design, contemporary art, photography (especially macro and architectural photography), Illustration, cartoon drawing, reading (a litlle fiction and lots of design research)

My skills
Give me a cup of coffee and I am able to design using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, CorelDraw and Adobe Premiere. I code sites with XHTML and CSS. I also make use of accessibility, usability and web standards.
