    couple of suggestion..

    a) its better to place your logo on left..and your nav link on right!

    b)"what we do" header is too strong but readability is poor as its almost getting lost in your light grey bg.. so think something differen over here

    c) rest your typo need to have consistency touch eg: in what we do you have web andprint written is some different typo. while in recent works you have ur works written in some thing else..

    rest i love the concept!!

      I definitely see what you are saying about the logo and I would usually agree with you. I'm trying to push the envelope in subtle ways and be different from some of the others out there. The other thing with the logo is that it is right aligned, so it works well right aligned.

      I agree with readability, I'll try to embolden things a bit more. I also agree with the differing font weights, it does look a bit random.
