I don't understand the 3 2 1. It looks like price tags that you see on items when you're shopping at the mall. But I don't associate that symbol with a greeting card.
Also, 321 seems to be separate from Greetings. At first, I thought the company was called "Greetings Cards for all seasons!" And I thought of the 321 as a background design.
So, you have to group "321 Greetings" more, and create more distance between Greetings and the headline.
I like the tagline font. But I think "321 Greetings" might have to be reworked to flow better.

Jesus H. Christ commented:Is their website 321greetings.com?
And also, is it 321 (three hundred twenty one), or 3, 2, 1 (countdown)? And what is the significance of the number? Why did they pick the name 321 Greetings?

Jesus H. Christ commented:I don't think that's really a logo. It's a well-selected type and color. But I feel it doesn't work together as a unit. I feel it should be grouped together somehow.

And also, it reads 1 2 3 Greetings, because 1 is higher than the 3 :D
