    I think your focal point headline is not effective.

    Your logo looks weird at the CR and SC. It doesn't flow well.

    The headers (Clients, Our Expertise, From Our Desk) are not communicating anything to me. Is that a menu? If I click Clients, it will take me to section where Clients login? Or, is this your list of previous clients? Confusion there.

    The left & right margins of the footer columns are radical. I don't feel the balance or continuity there. And once again, I don't like the headers on the lists. I feel they don't communicate.

    Background is nice. How will you code it for IE6? lol

      while clicking on clients it will open a page where i will put all my client's list...(logo and description)

      the left and right margin i will do balance don't worry i can see the left margin is now more in case of footer link..

      its a footer list so naturally it need to be clear and clean..

      thanks for liking the bg ...as far as coding is concern the guy who will do the html is quite confident and experience..
