The navigation looks like a different site. The navigation looks a little cheap and little kiddish. i would try and maybe simplify the navigation and put it maybe on the yellowish background color that you have in your content area. Besides that, the rest of your design looks GREAT, good job!

It's a good direction but still looks a tad unfinished to me. Play around with maybe the nav bar wrapping around the sides of the design or have the nav bar behind the page with it showing through a separation in the page. Hope that all makes sense, but your on the right track here. Just refine it some...

Thanks for the feedback! I posted a new picture of what I had for the old navigation. Is this any better? I may design a new nav with no pictures at all to see how that works too.
