1. Overall, the website colours are a little dull, makes the website appear unattractive.
2. Since yours seems to be an unfamiliar concept, try using some visuals/images/icons etc to illustrate what your website does (something like Step 1. xxx, Step 2. yyy, step 3. zzz).
3. Try to reduce text and increase eye-catchy visuals. A lot of users will skip text more than 2-3 sentences long!
4. The call to action buttons (Sign-up etc) must be attractive buttons, otherwise, the user will simply ignore it.
5. On the homepage, utilize the empty white space on the right (below the fold).
6. The Sign-up process seems straightforward to me, no issues there.
