It seems kind of lifeless to me as is, and needs some kind of abstract background or something. The page headers are also too dark, and seem to get lost in the background. The initial focal point of the design is the "Defiance" image, but after that I have no idea where to look. Maybe the Pepsi logo? Also, by doing a quick scan of the page, I have no idea what it is about. The Pepsi logo is actually the first thing that makes sense to me, so I'd assume it's about Pepsi.
