    1) no it's not immediately obvious what the site does, I'm sorry. The design is not bad, but when I first got there, I was wondering is it for selling a home, buying a home, or what? So when I took more time to inspect, of course I understood. But remember, this site is not like a lot of other sites out there. I mean there just aren't alot of there sites for property managment. But there ARE a lot of other sites for finding/buying homes/apartments, so the battle you have is how are you going to distinguish your site from those sites on first glance?

We're not talking about for the people who will take a minute or two to figure it out, but for those that just get to your page, glance at it and try to determine if it's relevant to them. It could be a little more apparent for THOSE people. I'm not sure how, though.

    2) Not really, not sure.

    3) Looks pretty good, actually.

    4) Seems pretty straight forward.

Overally the only comments I really have is my initial thought about distinguishing your purpose so it's painfully clear, and then as far as the colors, design, it's actually really good I think in terms of overall design concept, but a little dull for my taste.

Thanks for the feedback. I think maybe some images or other non text visual cues might help with making it clear what the site is at first glance.
