I really like this one. I like that you have the bartender up front and personal
I only suggest two things to polish this up.
I love the view of the top photo, it just gets me a bit to see the blurred people.
The other tid bit is the type block next to the bar tender pic. There are a lot of gaps between words. and one little word is left by itself at the end of the paragraph. I don't know the exact solution to solve that one. Maybe make the paper bigger, the pic placement different?
