Can the bag be tilted away from the "is" person, so that it doesn't fall behind him? Maybe slide the bag over so that it looks like his hand is holding the bag handles, instead of it being on his shoulder. I think this helps the character out, and also helps out with showing his movement (it looks like he's running).
Maybe a personal preference thing, but I'd say if you use a shadow under the person, then use one under the word iStore.
