It's simple, yet working well. However, you need to make some adjustments, in my opinion. The dark shade of green is too dull. It reminds me of military colours. Experiment with lighter shades of green. I'm sure it'd be more energetic and attractive. Drop the both outline strokes, around letters and the box. With outline strokes, it looks unprofessional. Lastly, think on how the logo would look like when you shrink it. If you shrink, the reflection of the box would be almost invisible and even create a dirty look. So, kill the reflection.
nice start. with a little polishing, the outcome would be desirable.

Metin Ucar commented:You're getting closer to the point, yet not there. The second version is the best one in my opinion. However, I have suggestions there. 1- drop the green outline stroke of the box 2- push more the letter "b" down, so that the right bottom corner of it goes out of the box. by doing this, you get rid of the unnecessary detail there. 3- The typeface of caption needs to be changed. Oh, btw you can use #191c1f for the box. It's a really dark shade of grey, almost black. This could work better.
