I think the structure isn't clear enough due to the size resemblance of the logotype and the title.
One way to go is to slightly reduce the logo size and keep it as tall as the navigation bar, this way you can leave some room and differentiate both areas. I'd also add more space between the title description and the bottom columns.
I like the color palette and the three columns make the site very clean.
