The gradient in the top section is a bit harsh, you might want to soften it a little. The rule of gradients in web design is subtlety, the change from colours should not be that obvious. You could also try taking the gradient out altogether and trying a more minimalistic approach. I find that everything below the gradient is a lot more pleasant than above it.
The 'we give you 10 reasons' box, I think, is quite important and should be more attractive. Afterall, if the user isn't convinced by the headline then you need something to catch their attention to quickly to persuade them. Maybe having ticks as bullet points?
The box you use for the 10 reasons and live chat would look nice is you had it for the navigation too (it would work better without the gradient). You've got two different design styles: web 2.0 and minimalist. You only need one!
