I really like the colors and typography of your first three options. The icon does feel a little disconnected from the text, but in my mind you could completely do away with the icon and have a good looking logo.
I couldn't tell right away what ConX or ConnX meant, once I got to ConneX, then I understood.
The fourth option would work as well, but I think you should use the same type of, well, type as the first three.
I think I like the third option the best overall, and am basing my score on that design.
