bi9gger logo looks good but what are you selling here? surfboards? how show me a picture of the calendar of events so I can see what your site is. Maybe a tagline.

ZEX SPORTS (Most comprehensive online sports calendar)

don't make me have to figure out what you;re selling. The key art is not supporting the value proposition but it looks good. but looks don't always convince people to understand what you're selling.

Change all that wacky text stuff on the right and just tell me what the heck the product or service is.

THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE CALENDAR OF QUALITY ACTION SPORT EVENTS.

You need a SEARCH BOX at the top to think of what is the 1st thing something is trying to do when they come to your site and they figure out what you offer? SEARCH FOR EVENTS right.

think of EVENTBRITE.COM and structure the interface to let people do what the site is for .. SEARCH FOR WHAT? SPORT EVENTS.. right?

you need some interface work still I think. the designs are nice but you need a user experience designer to help you I think.,

Thanks! Great feedback. Good suggestion about eventbrite too. We have a tag line in the header. it must get lost. I'll work on that. Also we'll add another search box for sure. User experience is key so we are constantly tweaking until we get there. About to upload a new mock up WITHOUT these awesome suggested changes. I'll start working on those now. But we are definitely playing with where call to actions are placed as you can see in this new mock up..
