This is lookin' good.
My only comment would be on the first image - the two main columns run together a bit for me. They both have short rows with little constraining them. I don't want you to complicate the layout though too...
Less on the second image due to the main / center column having different content from the "postar nova receita" column.
Maybe a soft tint on the right column to separate it as secondary / different. Other than that, no complaints. Good stuff.

I thought of using a background color in the right column, but there would have to move in alignment. Preferred to maintain the alignment and use higher margins.
