I don't think the phonetic spelling of Marketing Agency and other terms is benefiting your professionalism (it's like that campaign the Monte Carlo has going right now). And it inconsistent. If you're going to use it, then use a complete dictionary-style definition, like: "noun. A group of designers..." and use the phonetic symbols in the pronunciation guide.

In the portfolio section, I don't think the nav items Web Print Photo Identity are obvious enough (need something to indicate they are links).

I really think you need an About Us page. Give some bios and pics of the designers and developers, or at least of the principles.

And a nit-picky thing, everywhere it says "Us" but then it says "Follow ME on Twitter."

If this is for potential clients, the Links section is irrelevant.
