Don't get me wrong, it is clear that you know how to design things but I think this design is a little to sterile for me liking. There is no emotion, excitement or feeling that makes me want to find out what this site is all about. I also think your message isn't getting through without having to dig into the paragraph. I like sites that as soon as I enter them, I know what they are.
So again, this isn't bad work but just not enough feeling put into it. Hope that makes sense and helps a little.

Yes i kinda agree with you. This work is before we finalized our new design process. Back then the clients just stated what they wanted and we were supposed to design it. Now the emphasis is on the client's client and what they will get out from the site.
