Not to sure why you need to give your audience the phonetic spelling of the words marketing agency... Do you have a lot of non English speaking clients? I mean i see where your going with the whole definition thing but the phonetics are taking a it a bit far.
The color pallet isn't bad. The gradient on the twitter feed needs to drop a bit, it doesn't make sense that it's attached to the content above. I'd say ditch the gradient totally to be honest.
