    Hi Miro!

After viewing the presented site I only noticed a few things of possible concern:

First, The man with the beard needs revision. On linking page (the close up) the beard needs photoshop revision. I can totally see that the background was cut out from the beard. Other pictures show a smooth, clean erase. Also photoshop the piece of hair that has shed onto his shoulder. The bottom left man's picture, as seen in larger version, his eyeglasses are reflecting something... unlike the man on top whose glasses are clear viewed to his face.

Next, I would maybe make the backgrounds of the people a different color, as suggested, from the rest of the blocked areas or visa versa. Maybe also make your main block another color?

Even though it is in a different language. I feel maybe the top left block is a main block? Since that is the natural place to start. If it isn't I need that clarifying pull of color difference. I'm assuming that the center blocks are different data from the rest of the blocks, yet, I am confused since the two top corner boxes are treated with the same color.

Another tid bit is that the woman in the bottom right box and the man in the bottom left box do not line up to the first line of text in their block as the rest of the people in their blocks do.

Lastly, when the curser highlights an area the white highlight presented is rounded and not square (fitting to the box) so I see little dark corners that very depending on the pic behind it.

I like how the pages look when I navigate from page to page.

Lastly, look out in the large text paragraphs that a single word is not left on it's own line. ( reword or change sentence length to avoid.)

I also think a contrasting color for the background will help the the viewer focus on the information rather than want to wander away from it into the deep blue.

Overall, I feel this site looks professional and is fitting for other professionals to read. I also enjoyed the page pulldown.

      Hi Amy!

Thank you very much for your feedback! Some comments here:

Yes, you got the "information structure" right, the top left block is the main block with link to the general information. The center block holds the blog links.

I guess we better do some more photoshopping on the pictures. And work on on the text too.

      Thanks!
