the site looks like its been designed on a mac with a high resolution display. i say this because everything looks like its above the fold and the use of a big banner image on a laptop is remeniscent of the apple website (as is the colour blue and banner/bucket style design)
i can also tell from the get go that this is goingto suck for SEO as theres just not enough text to work with
also the bottom of the page is really weak and the sales funnel is totally missing.
the how panel needs expanding upon, are these links (because it doesnt have a see more button) if so they could do with highlighting with an arrow or something.
in short:
reduce the height of the logo panel
add a telephone/email etc to the header
sort the spacing out on the buckets
add arrows to bucket items are are lists of clickable items
resolve sales funnel bu adding something in or above the footer
