I agree with Velociraptor. I think the paper should be crinkled paper. First I thought maybe have some erased drawings or text in it too but I think that would make it too busy.
Consistency in type. Maybe blur the left branch to create depth (might even make it a little bigger at the same time is blurring it gives space for it).
And I would love to have it in our office too! Really enjoy this design :)
