You have a great color palette going fo ryou here. I would recomend making the fonts a bit simpler or taking away the "ac". I don't think I like the "As You Need" tag line. I think you may be playing off the movie princess bride where he says "as you wish"? However, it just doesn't seem to go well with logo. I think you have some good momentum but you just need to simplify things. Hope this helps.
