    Change the "hd"

    I think this is a good start, it's very clean and professional looking.

    A couple of things:

    At first glance, this looks like "na" to me, and not "hd". I would lengthen the ascenders of both letters.

    I like the font choice for the company name, but I'm not a fan of it for "web and print development". I would change that font. I think a bit smaller would work well too.

    Others have mentioned, the green is too soft. I agree.

    For the "powered" version, I would make the URL under it flush right, bolder and a bit smaller (still, not a fan of that font).

      Great review Stephanie, thanks for the feedback. I am going to address all of the things mentioned. You know how logos go, rarely if ever does the first go around work the best. Thanks again!
