I think overall this is a gorgeous, clever and clean design. I would agree with others, make "think" white.
My only suggestion: I like how the top 2 branches are very simple and not busy. The branch behind "recycle" is much busier (more leaves off-shooting from it), giving that bottom part a bit of a cluttered feel to it. Maybe just taking out a couple of the leaves would fix that. I also agree with a previous person saying to have the branch bleed off the page.
This is pretty minor though, I think this is just great. I would put it up if I was a teacher!
