I realize this is part of a display, but I'm a big believer in 'brand as hero,' which you achieve in #3, while the others look like ads for Jeep. You're still generating consumer impressions with POS, so the focus brand should be in a prominent position in case all you get is a millisecond scan.
Overall, I would use the layout of #2, with the addition of the Snickers' logo in the headline (as in #3), the images from #1 (agree on replace the guys), make the product shot with 'Don't Stop' tag the same size as the Jeep logo at the bottom, then center the URL info and use a larger font.
