    It seems like an advertisement for a driving school honestly. more like stop, think, drive/learn/besafe. Very nice visuals though think seems a bit odd. too yellow since the other two are white.

      oh shoot posted before I talked about the paper. ok so I know it's recycling but what about maybe a crinkled paper? like balled up in the background, or some more emphasis on throwing away rather than hey look paper.

      Im digging the concept, not to sure about the execution 1. the paper for the bg looks good but looks odd with the traffic light. on top seems floating. Also it is very visually strong i don't think it needs the words stop think, recycle. Suggestion remove words leave hte lights along with the recycle logo. Looks good so far.
