Hi Michaela

I love the color combination of this logo.

I would only somehow try and line up that L and i. One way that I see how to do this is to make the word "online" smaller. or pushing the word voices to the right, or making the word voices bigger. It is not a necessity yet, it was an immediate eye pull.

Have you tried a variation of interchanging the green dot with the black dot and visa versa?

Have you fooled with making the bar, the same color as the gray used in the last line?

I think what you have is great, I only suggest a few different versions as to choose the best eye grabber.
