I think the logo works good as it is, but I think maybe I would have aligned the words differently than centered.
What if 'online' was more left and 'voices' more to the right and the horisontal line longer on both sides. I think that may make the logo a bit more dynamic.

First of all, to me it seems like the horizontal rule between "online" and voices adds an unnecessary separation between the two ideas.
Second, consider using semiotics when choosing type. Using a slab-serif type for voices seems appropriate, since historically this style of lettering was developed to grab attention.
For online, I would probably use a sans serif typeface that complements Clarendon.
