There is nothing "wrong" with this logo necessarily. However, I think you could really do more with this. There is a lot creative imagery that goes along this concept. I would encourage you to think of some more creative, "outside the box" ideas that hit home the point of the organization better.
If you are going to stay with something like you have there are a few things that I believe need to be addressed. The alignment of "online" and "voices" is a bit off to me. My eye wants the "l" in online to meet with the "i" in voices. I would make voices slightly larger then online and loose the line and think of some other way of lining them up. Also, the black color in online needs to be more of charcoal color. The black it really harsh on the eyes.
Keep at it, you'll get something. Don't be afraid of cracking several attempts at this logo. It has the potential of being a really cool logo!
