    The bottom one

    I would go with the bottom one. The way the liquid crosses the different sections of each letter make it cleaner.

    If you look at just the 'elixir' text at the top, it looks very busy as compared to the bottom logo.

    Also, try making the liquid wave from the tube look like it's continuing onto the text... it's a very small detail, but I believe it will help.
