The color of the liquid was better on the previous attempt in my opinion. Also, for the sans-serif version I'd make the dot over the i's larger or perhaps less rounded (So they wouldn't be a perfect circle) as they seem less prominent than the rest of the text to me.
I think the version you choose depends on the image of your brand. Serif is a bit more classic while sans-serif is more modern. But maybe that's just me :P

neither of the colors are completely accurate. I'm thinking of using pantone 375 but it doesn't display well on screen.
