You have some kerning(letter-spacing) issues with either one so be sure to look at that. I would also be careful of the 'r' on that font, it doesn't read really well. As far as the mark goes, I don't know that I like either of the 'marks' especially. I would continue to work with the concept of the wave/world... but don't get to crazy on the literal globe aspect. You may want to move away from that.
