I personally love the illustration... although it might be a tiny bit too sexy. A cute girl can be appealing both to men and women, but if it's too sleazy then some women might start to dislike it. If she looked a tiny bit cuter/classier then I'm sure it would work great.
I agree with everybody else that you need to hit the drawing board for the name and the logo.
As much as I love beer, get rid of the beer mug. This website is for mixed drinks, no?

Its really good, organized, but i think that maybe it goes better with a picture of a real woman not with a draw but its really good, congratulations.
