There is a lot going on in the header there that takes away from the logo, which in itself is very busy. I like the overall design and color scheme. Maybe using a different font on the menu buttons, perhaps to something cursive. The screen seems a little full, may overwhelm visitors trying to get quick info on the services offered. Overall, it's appealing and interesting.
