I'm always about web content. And the current page doesn't state the valued proposition very clearly with any impact.

I'd drop down the height of the blue area a little though I honestly can tell if its a permanent header or homepage banner.

The right column, top panel should have its text left aligned, as with everything else. Its tough to read center aligned text if it spans more than 2-3 lines.

Lastly, the little globe icon doesn't say very much and doesn't seem to have any purpose being there. Try switching to another icon in line with the theme (love and marriage in this case).
