That's really all I can say; the angle looks wrong compared to the "Search" tab hanging down above (which looks cool btw).
The rest of it looks very good; slick, if somewhat generically professional. I gather that's sort of a requirement here though. I like the orange active links, and the little wedge sticking out from them adds character. Perhaps a little more whitespace above and below the logo, to give it some breathing room between the navigation elements. And would icons help on the main nave buttons?

Unfortunately, icons on the main nav is not an option as the future site has to be implemented in MOSS (Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services) and maintenance (such as creating new section via the CMS) will be an issue.
