Gettin there man.
Remember to keep the grid in mind when you are designing any kind of lay out.
Also, I've uploaded a few ideas for the gallery page.
If you can, upload more images if you tinker with the design.

The gradient here is too strong. Try this: 1. Set the font color. 2. In the layers style select gradient overlay 3. Set the blending mode to overlay 4. Play with the opacity

2
Just a thought: try and align the bottom of all text to the same level.

Try another layout style here. Feels like alot of wasted space on this page
-
3
Try giving these images a border to make them stand out a bit more. They seem to be blending into the background a bit here.
-
4
because you have so many different pieces in your portfolio you need an internal navigation structure, that enables people to navigate their way through your portolio
-
5
shadows are too strong

6
Add more spacing between images. Maybe even just list 3 images instead of 4, then increase their height

This is not good. Consider going to "kuler.adobe.com"
I will play around with the ideas you have laid out. I have a ton of work to do still. I like what you have done with my portfolio page, looks great. What do you think of the font?
