    Navigation and Background Color

Firstly, I'd like to say "Nice! Very... nice!". Well thought out layout, good use of white space, and great contrast between header and content.

I'd change the navigation for the categories though. They seem lost and faded into the background instead of standing out and looking "clickable".

The non-conventional use design and placement of the breadcrumb is also a little misleading. At first glance, I thought the breadcrumb was actually the main navigation. I'd place it below the page title, albeit still maintaining the great apple-inspired design.

One thing on colors: I'm actually disagreeing with everyone else. Less colors means more focus on your product. Let your products do the talking.

To aid against the "dullness", you could perhaps lighten your background color a little (blending too much with the boxes, panels, navigation, etc), or use a top-down neutral tone gradient starting from the main nav downwards.
