I may be just being anal here but your lighting effect on the heading "band" is wrong.
Your entire panel has the light going upwards (top: dark to bottom: light), but your "band" containing the heading text has the light coming front face-on-outwards (center: bright to edge: dark). It looks weird and doesn't sit very well with the rest of your template's lights and shadows.
