Great look, but ... too much divisions in the structure.
You have about 14 different areas ...
The banner should have bigger lettering and bigger buttons ... it's "your call out".
The sign is not very visible and ... the buttons and fone number on the top right, along with the post-it ... are fighting for "first to be seen" along with the banner.

Try, not changing all the website, but, just remove some of the lines you are using to outline areas ;
Try changing the foto on the banner, and using bigger lettering for call outs;
Try, giving less strength to the buttons in the top right area ... make them light colored and solid .
Just my 2 cents :)

( I wrote this because i really think you have a good website there ... just some fine tuning needed )
